Counterpart of Indenture of lease upon surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College to Sir Robert Banastre, of Passenham, co. Northampton, knight, Robert Hopton, of Witham, co. Somerset, esquire, and Arthur Hopton, esquire, brother of the said Robert, committees of the body and lands of Richard Rogers, esquire, His Majesty's ward, of the parsonage of Ellingham. To hold for the only benefit and behoof of the said Richard Rogers from Lady day last for 21 years. Rent £9 7s and 5 quarters of wheat and 12 quarters 2 pecks of malt, or their money equivalent.
