Indenture of lease by the Provost and the College, to Sir Thomas Cheeke, of Pergo, co. Essex, knight, and Lancelot Lake, of Cannons, co. Middlesex, esquire, of parsonage of Ellingham. From Michaelmas for 21 years. Rent £9 7s and 5 quarters of wheat and 12 quarters 2 pecks of malt, or their money equivalent.
