Indenture of lease upon surrender of his former lease, by the Provost and College to Sir Francis Molyneux, of Wellow, co. Nottingham, bart., of the parsonage of Ellingham. From old Lady day last for 10 years. Rent £9 7s and 5 quarters of wheat and 12 quarters 2 pecks of malt, or their money equivalent.
Witnesses: Duke of Portland, Arthur Bayley.
