Indenture of lease upon surrender of his former lease, by the Provost and College to Arthur Mist, of Moyles Court Farm, co. Hants, farmer, of the parsonage of Ellingham. From old Lady day last for 10 years. Rent £9 7s and 360 gallons of wheat and 868 gallons 2 quarts of malt of their money equivalent. In addition, £15 15s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
