Indenture of concurrent lease by the Provost and College to Captain George Wyndham, RN, of the parsonage of Ellingham. Two years remain unexpired of the lease of 11 May 1818 to Arthur Mist. From old Lady day last for 10 years. Rent £9 7s and 360 gallons of wheat and 868 gallons 2 quarts of malt of their money equivalent. In addition, £15 15s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
