Indenture of lease for £1435 and the surrender of the foregoing lease by the Provost and College to the earl of Normanton of the parsonage of Ellingham. From old Lady day last for 10 years. Rent £9 7s and 360 gallons of wheat and 868 gallons 2 quarts of malt of their money equivalent. In addition, £15 15s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
