Ellingham, Hampshire: Letter giving particulars of rectory

E. Betham, to Mr Edward Palmer, attorney at law at Coleshill, Warwickshire, preparatory to his survey, giving particulars of Ellingham rectory which is let on lease to Sir William Molyneux for 10 years from Lady Day 1773 in trust for Dr Plumptree, archdeacon of Ely. Mr Mansfield, attorney at Ringwood is his agent. The tythes are let to Mr Birt and Mr Mist who live in the village. The vicar, Mr Derby, lives at Fordingbridge with particulars of estates at Hanging Langford, Middleton, Brimfield and Elcomb.
