John Derby, Fordingbridge, to the Rev. Dr Roberts, Provost, claiming the tythe of all seeds growing in the parish of Ellingham, hitherto unjustly taken from him by Dr Plumptre's proctor. Similar claims by Mr Howe, vicar of Fordingbridge, and Mr Hawtrey, vicar of Ringwood, have been favourably received by the Provost and Fellows of Kings.
