Stratfield Saye, Hampshire: Bargain and sale of woods

Indenture of bargain and sale, by the Provost and the College to George Miller, Richard Aldworth and Henry Winchcombe, of all the woods on the priory lands, except for the trees on the mill heise and the chapple heyse, and 120 trees on the premises which are marked. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. The lessee to leave at the end of the term 200 young oaks for timber towards the supply of cart boot plowe boot paleboote and the building of the farm house of the priory.
Twelve standers to be left, at every felling, to be marked by the lessors, at the coppice. Yearly rent £3 6s 8d.
With a proviso that the profits of the premises shall go to Henry Winchcombe and Frances, his wife.
