Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a lease to Thomas and Sarah Lessingham and Francis Brookes to Edwin Martin, of the Priory, co. Berks, esquire of both the priory and the woods. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £10 13s 4d and 5 quarters of wheat and 8 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent.
