Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Cook, of Hothop, co. Northants, esquire, and the Rev. Joseph George Cook, of Kingston Lisle, co. Berks, executors of the will of Atkins Edwin Martin Atkins, deceased, for £2924 1s of both the priory and the woods. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £10 13s 4d and 360 gallons of wheat and 576 gallons of malt, together with £39 8s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
