Counterpart of indenture of lease by the Provost and College, to the Rev. Joseph George Cook, of Barton Court in Kintbury, co. Berks, clerk and John Cook, of the parish of Theddingworth, co. Leicester, esquire, for £613 1s of both the priory and woods. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £10 13s 4d and 360 gallons of wheat and 576 gallons of malt, together with £39 8s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
