Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to the Rev. Joseph George Cook, of Purley Hall, co. Berks, clerk, and John Cook, of Theddingworth, esquire, for £620 9s 4d of both the priory and the woods. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £10 13s 4d and 360 gallons of wheat and 576 gallons of malt, together with £39 8s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
