Counterpart of indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to the Rev. William Hastings Martin Atkins, of Farley Castle in Swallowfield, co. Wilts, of both the priory and the woods. From Michaelmas last of 16 years. Rent £10 13s 4d and 360 gallons of wheat and 576 gallons of malt, together with £39 8s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
