Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of an unexpired lease to Ann Bever, to Samuel Bever, of Stratfield Mortimer, esquire, devisee in the will of James Blagrave, of Chelsea, gentleman, deceased, of the site of the Priory or parsonage of Stratfield Mortimer, co. Berks, together with a close called Worthine and a tenement a croft and a little pittel at the north east part of the said Worthine and a close called the Great Moncke. The advowson of the vicarage reserved to the college. From Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent 40s 4d and 1 quarter 4 bushels 1 peck of wheat and 2 quarters of malt and 21 wether sheep.
