Counterpart of indenture of lease, by the Provost and College for £1300 to Caroline Ann Bever and Cordelia Bever, both of Cheltenham, co. Glouc, spinsters, of the site or parsonage of Stratfield Mortimer, co. Berks, together with a close called Worthine and a tenement a croft and a little pittel at the north east part of the said Worthine and a close called the Great Moncke. The advowson of the vicarage reserved to the college. From Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent 40s 4d and 110 gallons 1 quart of wheat and 140 gallons of malt and 21 wether sheep, together with £33 3s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
