Indenture of lease, by William Castel, of Little Tew, yeoman, eldest son and heir of John Castel, deceased, to Mary Heywood, of Sanford, co. Oxford, widow, for 5s, of a messuage or tenement with barns etc, appurtaining in Little Tew, with several pieces of arable meadow ley and pasture with their appurtenances lying dispersed in the common fields, reputed to be one yard land, now in the tenure or occupation of the said William Castel. For one year.
