Attested copy of an indenture, of sale by Mary Heywood, widow, to William Humfrys, of Bread Street Hill, London, merchant, and Edward Bunce of the Middle Temple, gentleman, in trust for the same and mortgage to pay certain debts, of all her lands and tenements in the city of Oxford and in Sandford, Layfield, Swerford, Bartons, Great and Little Tew, Ledwell, Gaysenwell, Cuckhold, Holt and Enstone fields.
