Indenture of release, by John Chamberlain, Thomas Eagle and John Davis, inclosure commissioners, to Stephen Godson of Lower Brails, co. Warwick, land surveyor, of a piece of land in the common fields of Little Tew containing 5 acres 7 perches and another piece containing 5 acres 3 roods 6 perches, for £275 16s 10¾d. The premises were selected by the commissioners for defraying the charges of passing the Act and carrying it into execution.
