Oxford, yeoman, to Thomas Kimber, of Tracey farm in Great Tew, yeoman, for £1219 15s of a moiety of three cottages, formerly one messuage or tenement in Little Tew, with two pieces of land; all that piece of land lying in the fields of Little Tew at or near Pike meadow and Priory mead containing 25 acres 1 rood and all that piece of land at or near Chalk furlong containing 26 acres 30 perches. Signatures of both parties.
