Tripartite indenture, between Edward Pratt of Little Tew, farmer, of the first part, Thomas Rolls, of Chipping Norton, draper, of the second part, and the Provost and College of Eton, of the third part, by which the first two parties, for £202, convey and surrender to the third party the foregoing premises, now described as a close of arable containing 2 acres 2 roods more or less. Various indentures and a Chancery order recited.
