Declaration by Thomas Gardner, of Little Tew, farmer, aged 73, concerning the premises. Parts of them (specified) at the inclosure were allotted to Mary Heywood. Later they were owned by Jabez Kimber, who died in 1853, and then by his son or sons, and later by the Rev. C.F. Garratt. And parts (specified) formerly belonged to the Rector and scholars of Exeter College and were sold on 6 June 1866 to the Rev. C.F. Garratt. Plan attached.
