Attested copy (made 13 March 1878) of a declaration, dated 30 September 1873, by John Prideaux Lightfoot, DD Rector of Exeter College, stating that the premises were formerly part of the dissolved monastery of Oseney and were conveyed in 1566 to Sir William Petre by Letters Patent and by him in the same year to Exeter College. A plan is attached.
