Counterpart of indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Simon Frase, of Coleman Street, merchant, of the manor of Baldwins, with a parcel of land called Brookes and Okoltes woods and a wood called Bushell. From Lady Day last for 20 years. Rent £8 17s 10d and 360 gallons of wheat, 801 gallons of malt or their money equivalent, and 6s 8d for the royalties of the manor.
