Appointment by the Provost and College of the Blessed Mary of Eton of Arthur Forth of Stebunheth, co Middlesex, esquire, Christofer Hovenden, of the Middle temple, esquire, and Robert Streynsham, of Ospringe, co. Kent, gentleman, as their attorneys to request Henry James and Simon Grenestreet to deliver to them 83 acres of pasture and marsh land, called the Flache, in Luddenham Marshe, co. Kent, [Flach marsh in Luddenham, Oare and Faversham], the restoration of which was ordered in Trinity term last by Sir William Cecill, knight, Lord High Treasurer, Sir John Fortescue, knight, Chancellor of the court of Exchequer, and the Barons of the said court.
