John Blaxland, Fordwich, to Stephen Hawtrey, esquire. The parsonage of Newington and the estate of Flack and held by Mr James Brown and himself, the former in the tenure of John Page, of Milton, in Kent, hoyman, at the yearly rent of £60 and the latter in the tenure of Nicholas Messenger, of Halstow, in Kent, yeoman, at the yearly rent of £62. The college rent is paid by the undertenants.
