Appeal by John de Elingham, clerk, proctor of Guy, prior of Sporle, and Stephen, his monk, to master Alan de Freston, archdeacon of Norfolk, and Robert de Lacy, commissary of J., archbishop of Canterbury, against an award lately given by the archbishop's commissaries, masters Anselm de Estria and John de Bekingham, in favour of Nicholas Durdent, rector, of Litcham, who claimed the tithes from the ancient demesnes of the hall of Litcham.
