Counterpart of indenture of lease, by the Provost and College for £210 to John Davis, of Banbury, co. Oxford, gentleman, of the parsonage of Minster Lovell with all tithes, lands, meadows, pastures feedings and other emoluments with appurtenances, and a barn with other houses belonging to the same; excepting the advowson of the vicarage of Minster Lovell. From old Lady day last for 10 years. Rent £3 6s 8d and 144 gallons of wheat and 288 gallons of malt and £4 in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
