Counterpart of indenture of lease, by the Provost and College for £237 16s 8d to Elizabeth Davis, of Banbury, widow, and Henry Davis, of Bloxham, co. Oxford, gentleman, of the parsonage of Minster Lovell with all tithes, lands, meadows, pastures feedings and other emoluments with appurtenances, and a barn with other houses belonging to the same; excepting the advowson of the vicarage of Minster Lovell. From old Lady day last for 10 years. Rent £3 6s 8d and 144 gallons of wheat and 288 gallons of malt and £4 in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
