Quitclaim for 5s by John de Wassebroc to the church of St Mary of Wika [Wix] and Christian, the prioress, and the nuns there of all his right in all foreign services viz from the tenement they hold from him in Chatesham [Chattisham] viz the land which was Ailaf's and a piece of land lying next their court on the west. They are to pay him 14d yearly for all royal services, suits of halimotes and hundreds and all other services which may be exacted from the said lands. With warranty against the King and all royal representatives and against the abbot of Aubemarla [Aumale] and all men and women.
