Indenture of lease by the Provost and College to William Flacke, of Chatisham, gentleman, upon surrender of his former lease, of the manor of Chetsham [Chattisham] with the parsonage there, and all tithes, demesne lands, meadows, feedings, pastures and other appurtenances of the manor, the advowson of the vicarage, woods, underwoods, wards, marriages, rents, reliefs, waifs and strays, fines, heriots, perquisites of courts and leets being excepted and reserved to the lessors. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £3 15s and 6 quarters of wheat and 12 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent.
