Indenture of lease by the Provost and Fellows to Daniel Gentry, of Chattisham Hall, esquire, of a piece of arable land called Great Oak Field containing 6 acres 1 rood 21 perches, and Little Oak Field containing 5 acres 30 perches, and a piece of pasture called Guddlesford Fenn containing 4 acres 38 perches, and a pieces of arable lying in Taylors Pightle containing 2 roods 21 perches, and a piece of arable called Lodge Pightle containing 8 acres 1 rood 15 perches (except 1 acres 3 roods 12 perches belonging to the lessors and demised to Anne, wife of the lessee, and Thomas Woodward), and a piece of arable called Birds Piece containing 1 acre 1 rood 24 perches, and a piece of pasture called Ten Acres containing 11 acres 1 rood 12 perches (except 1 rood 7 perchess demised as before), and a piece of pasture called the Harrow containing 1 acre 2 roods 33 perches, and a piece of pasture called Hay Meadow containing 1 acre 33 perches, and a piece of land lying in Little Ox Close containing 1 rood 20 perches, and a piece of land called Broadwater Meadow containing 1 acres 3 roods 30 perches, and a piece of arable called Down Hill formerly in two pieces and then called Great Down Hill and Little Down Hill containing 15 acres 3 roods 15 perches, and a piece of pasture called Meachams Meadow containing 10 acres 3 roods 23 perches, and a piece of arable called Meachams Hill containing 4 acres 2 roods 29 perches; the premises lying in Chattisham, Hintlesham and Washbrook. From old Michaelmas last 20 years. Rent 259 gallons of wheat and 392 gallons of malt or their money equivalent.

Attached is a coloured plan, on paper, showing the premises and described as "Copy of a plan of an estate belonging to the Rt Honourble Frederick Earl of Rochford lying in Chattisham comit' Suffolk in the tenure of William Flack, Gent., & now in the possession of the Provost and College of Eton. N.B. the original is within the College.
