Indenture of lease by the Provost and Fellows to Richard Flake of Chetsham [Chattisham], gent. of land in Hintlesham, as described in ECR 25/87. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 16s 8d and 12 bushels of barley malt and 4 bushels of wheat or their money value. Witnesses: Jonas Mountague, Thomas Hutchinson, Henry Sayer. Signature of lessee "Richard Flacke".
