Chattisham, Suffolk: Letter concerning visit of college

Letter from Edward Betham, Greenford near Southall, Middx., to Mr Edward Palmer, attorney at law in Coleshill, Warwickshire, with instructions for visiting the college estates in Norfolk and Suffolk viz Creeting St Mary, Creeting Mills, Chattisham, Hintlesham, Blackenham, East Wretham; also Long Compton, co. Warwick. Mr Thomas Woodward, the lessee of Chattisham, and Mr Henry Baston, tenant of the vicarage house of Mr Pulton, the minister of Chattisham, who lives at Eton, have been prepared for his coming. Hintlesham used to go with Chattisham but is now separated. The tenant, Richard Savage Lloyd, esquire, has been informed of Mr Palmer's coming. The undertenant is Mrs Kemball.
