Content description
Bill. Such a right of way had never been disputed until about 20 years ago, Thomas Tymperley, gent., now deceased, the defendant's father, built a dwelling house partly upon the former accustomed way, but agreed with the Provost and College upon a new way through his grounds, as appears from the Court Rolls. But now the defendant obstructs the passage of felled wood, and has got possession of the Court Rolls.
