Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Robert Wilcox, of Cottisford, gentleman, in consideration of the surrender of his former lease and for £46 16s 4d of the manor of Cottisford, with all its appurtenances in Cottisford and Fringford. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 22 quarters of wheat and 6 quarters 3 bushels of malt, or their money equivalent and £17 16s 10d.
