Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to George Austin of St Stephen Coleman Street, London, gentleman, of the manor of Cottisford, with all its appurtenances in Cottisford and Fringford. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 22 quarters of wheat and 6 quarters 3 bushels of malt, or their money equivalent and £17 16s 10d.
