Agreement between Richard Allestree, Provost, and William Andrewes, by which the College promises to renew the lease of Cottisford and Frinkford [Fringford] to Mr Andrewes for a fine of £300 for 21 years from Michaelmas last, on condition the sum is paid in three weeks and a sufficient terrar sent within fourteen days.
Signature of Allestree and Andrewes.
On the back of the foregoing is an agreement between the same parties, dated 29 December 1675, extending to the 23rd March the date at which the payment of the fine, the surrender of the old lease and the sealing of the new lease is to take place.
