Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Robert Greenhill Russell, of Lincoln's Inn and of Cottisford, esquire, for £730, of the manor of Cottisford, with all its appurtenances in Cottisford and Fringford. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 1584 gallons of wheat and 459 gallons of malt, and £17 17s, together with £28 16s 3½d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
