Counterpart of Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to William Turner, of Cotisford House, esquire, of the manor of Cottisford, with all its appurtenances in Cottisford and Fringford. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 1584 gallons of wheat and 459 gallons of malt, and £17 17s, together with £28 16s 3½d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
