Counterpart of indenture of lease by the Provost and College to Edwards Rousby, of Cotisford, gentleman, and John Kendall, of Towton Hall, near Tadcaster, co. York, gentleman, executors of the will of James Edwards Rousby, for £1127 19s 4d, of the manor of Cottisford, with all its appurtenances in Cottisford and Fringford. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 1584 gallons of wheat and 459 gallons of malt, and £17 17s, together with £28 16s 3½d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
