Copy of writ (and return) of replegiare de averiis from Sir Thomas Temple, knight, sheriff of Oxfordshire, to the constable and tithing man of Mixberry [Mixbury], in respect of thirty sheep, value £8, belonging to Sir Anthony Cope unjustly detained by Robert Wilcockes and (Francis) Temple, servant of Sir Henry Savill. The case to be heard at the next county court at Oxford.
Return that the sheep were delivered on 17 July by Robert Creede, constable of Mixberry.
