Cottisford, Oxfordshire: Extract from Quarter Sessions concerning trespass into warren

Extract, certified by Richard Stevens, clerk of the peace for the county of Oxford, from the record of the Oxford Quarter sessions, where Thomas Taylor late of Hardwicke [Hardwick], warryner, was presented for breaking the close of William Owen and stealing two "conie haies value 46s.
A note at the bottom of the sheet that Richard Elmes, John Herne, James Whyte and William Owyne have confessed they were all hunting and say they will shortly hunt again in Cotesford feilde [Cottisford] where Taylor has the hunting.
Endorsed for Mr Coppledicke of Barnard's Inne, Taylor's attorney.
N.B. Both the value and the date differ from those give in ECR 26 231.
