Indenture of lease by brother William de Sancto Vedasto, prior of Okebourne [Ogbourne] and proctor of the abbey of Bec in England, to John de Newenham, dean of Wolverhampton, Thomas West, parson of Eketon [Ecton], and John de Leyre, parson of Dodyngton [Doddington] of all the manor of Wedon Bek [Weedon Bec], with the rectory there, together with all tithes appertaining and the advowson of the vicarage; from 4 May next for 9 years. Rent £50, and will allow the lessees £10 therefrom for the first year's rent and £5 a year for each of the remaining 8 years. Wedon.
