Bond by Richard Wawe and Leonard Clifford in £20 to the Provost and College to permit John Billington to inhabit the house or cottage [in Weedon Bec] mentioned in the foregoing lease during his life for rent of 3s 4d and Edward Gare, smith, to work in the other house, which is a little shop he has erected, during his life for a rent of 3s 4d.
