Indenture of lease by the Provost and College, to Samuel Goddard, of St Martin in the Fields, co. Middlesex, esquire, executor of the will of Ann Hancock, late of Forley, co. Wilts, widow, deceased, upon surrender of a lease to the said Anne, of two houses in Weedon Bec, with certain parcels of land. From Lady Day last for 20 years. Rent 12d, and a peck of wheat and half a bushel of malt or their money value.
Witnesses: William Tyrrell, Charles Sheerer. Signature of lessee.
