Counterpart of indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, for £814 19s 4d to Ann Bletsoe of the demesnes of Weedon Bec, lands and tenements in Weedon Bec, Stow and Everdon, amounting to 288 acres 2 roods and 36 perches. From old Lady Day last for 20 years. Rent £20 7s 8d and 650 gallons 1 quart of wheat and 868 gallons 2 quarts of malt or their money value, and £32 in lieu of 40 wether sheep, and £16 1s 1¾d in consideration of the Redemption of Land Tax.
