Draft of indenture, between the Provost and College of the first part, the Copyhold Commissioners of the second part, and William Rose Rose, of Wolston Heath, co. Warwick, esquire, a copyhold tenant of the manor of Weedonbeck [Weedon Bec] of the third part, by which the Provost and College for £350 enfranchise and release to the said William Rose Rose certain copyhold tenaments (specified) within the said manor.
