Writ to Richard Waller, bailiff of Wydon, to restore to George Hopkyns his goods and chattels, stolen at Brymycham [Brantyngham], co. Warwick, by William Sheppard, late of Weddisbury, co. Stafford, labourer, who was convicted at the Gaol Delivery held at Warwick on Friday in the third week of Lent 19 Elizabeth [1577] viz. nine pieces of gold called "old angels", one piece of gold called "an Englishe crowne", another piece of gold called "a half angell", another piece of gold called "the fourthe part of a starre ryall", one piece [salinum a salt cellar] of silver gilt value 5s, two gold rings with precious stones value 36s 8d, six rings of silver of which four are gilt value 40s, four pairs "les tachehookes" of silver value 26s 8d, one pair of "les kepers" of silver and one button of silver called "a sylver button" value 5s, three "splintr'" [pins] of silver with gilt heads value 10s, two pipes [fistulas] of silver value 3s 4d, one le thymble of silver value 12d, six pieces of silver called "half fast grotes" value 3s 8d in cash, two and a half yards of woollen cloth called "whitt Karsey" value 6s, one shirt value 3s 4d, and one piece of woollen cloth called "a partlett" value 4s.
