Protest by Thomas Hearn, junior, of Buckingham, solicitor to William Priestley and Jane, his wife, to the Provost and College and George James Pennington, esquire, their steward, and Edward Brown, gentleman, deputy steward, against any admittance to a property in Weedon Bec to which they are entitled by virtue of a surrender of 1790 which by inadvertence was never enrolled.
